Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a full refund, minus any card processor or bank charges associated with the refund and an administrative fee of 5%, with a minimum charge of €5.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a 50% refund, minus any card processor or bank charges associated with the refund and an administrative fee of 5%, with a minimum charge of €5.

Please note that in the event of a no-show, the booking is non-refundable. Cancellation credit cannot be transferred between bookings. If you do not use the service for any reason and do not cancel your booking through our website or official communication channels, no refund will be issued.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Excessive waiting time may result in additional charges if communicated in advance.

Passengers are responsible for providing the correct number of passengers and luggage items. Vehicle capacity limits must be respected for safety and insurance purposes.

Passenger behaviour must be lawful and respectful at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey in cases of abusive behaviour, illegal activity or situations that may compromise safety.

Children must use appropriate child restraint systems as required by Greek law. Please inform us in advance if baby seats or child seats are required.

Passengers must provide an active mobile telephone number for direct communication with the driver. We strongly recommend the use of WhatsApp for efficient communication regarding arrivals, pickups and transfer arrangements.

Luggage and Personal Belongings

Luggage is transported at the passenger’s own risk and must remain within the vehicle’s permitted capacity. Rhodes Transfers VIP shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to valuables, cash, documents, electronic devices or fragile items unless such loss or damage is caused by gross negligence and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Delays and Force Majeure

Rhodes Transfers VIP shall not be held liable for delays, service interruptions or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, road closures, traffic incidents, strikes, security incidents, natural disasters or vehicle breakdowns despite proper maintenance.

In such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to minimise disruption and provide alternative arrangements where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Greek and European Union law, the total liability of Rhodes Transfers VIP arising from any booking shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Rhodes Transfers VIP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to missed flights, missed ferries, missed appointments, loss of business opportunities or additional travel expenses, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
